One Account Policy

Withdrawal Rules

Only funds that are not subject to any active wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the relevant bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits cy333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cy333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent KYC verification.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to the one-account policy, the prohibition on prohibited activities, or the 21+ age requirement.
• cy333 is required to take action under applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or fraud prevention obligations.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction recorded) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these T&C, cy333 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following the completion of any required KYC verification.
